The Civil Engineering Co-Op position is responsible for various tasks and projects to enhance the intern's experience in the civil engineering field utilizing their education. This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification.

Responsibilities

• Perform field investigations and document site conditions
• Perform basic engineering computations related to multiple civil engineering projects
• Provide input on solutions to problems using basic theories and engineering fundamentals
• Assist with layout and design of engineering projects
• Make edits and updates to existing engineering construction drawings and calculations
• Assist with the development of civil engineering design reports and appendices
• Assist with the development and preparation of specifications and engineering cost estimates
• Assist with administrative duties
• Maintain accurate and current project documentation
