Kimley-Horn's Franklin, TN office is looking for Engineering graduates to join their Transportation/Traffic team in 2026! This is not a remote position. As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projects You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently. Requirements

  • An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2026 in one of the following majors: Civil and/or Environmental Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering Engineering Technology

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.
  • Perform traffic engineering and project management tasks to deliver a wide variety of transportation planning, transit, traffic engineering, safety, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) projects for many, diverse clients
