About The Position
Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time experienced Civil Engineer to join our Surface Water Engineering Group in our Grand Junction, CO office. As an engineer in the Surface Water group, you would likely be involved in numerous tasks that could include preparing detailed hydrologic and hydraulic models and design plans, reports and other project-related documents, acting as a design engineer on projects, managing time to keep within budget constraints, working with clients, preparing bid documents, and preparing quantity estimates. In addition, you will be reviewing work products and deliverables prepared by other staff and providing comments and direction. The position will be involved in the preparation of proposals along with providing assistance in marketing efforts including occasional attendance at local and regional conferences.
