About The Position

Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Civil Engineer to their Milwaukee team! Responsibilities: Lead civil project engineer duties including ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Make staffing recommendations to ensure appropriate resource allocation Ensure that civil engineering design documents meet regulatory, client, and project specifications Elevate department best practices Develop strong relationships within the company Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program 12+ years of experience in civil systems design (healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or higher education project types) PE License Experience leading the design of site improvements Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Salary is commensurate with experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program
• 12+ years of experience in civil systems design (healthcare, commercial, institutional, and/or higher education project types)
• PE License
• Experience leading the design of site improvements
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
