Role description: Arcadis Mobility seeks an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join the team in our Sallas, TX office. Working within our Design & Engineering teams, you'll create some ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening public places that bring people together. The role sits within our global business area Mobility. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today’s mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world’s growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office software as well as AutoCAD and Microstation

Nice To Haves

  • Engineer in Training-State Issued preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare plans, specifications and estimates (under the supervision of a licensed civil engineer) for transportation projects including street improvements, pedestrian, bicycle and transit facilities.
  • Prepare traffic analysis reports using Sychnro software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Perform basic administrative and routine engineering technical tasks as necessary.
  • Prepare technical memos and exhibits related to transportation projects.
  • Update and monitor projects using project management software, ARCADIS project controls programs, and other programs as required.
  • Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation.
  • Perform field inspection of project areas.

  • The salary range for this position is $53,094 - $84,950. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
