About The Position

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support a land development team working on residential, commercial, industrial, and resort-style site development projects. This role focuses on utility system design (water, sanitary sewer, stormwater), grading, and drainage design. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required for this position.

Requirements

BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in civil design.
2+ years of civil engineering and land development design experience.
Experience with grading, drainage design, and ICPR 4.
PE license not required.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.

Nice To Haves

AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with the design of water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems.
Perform grading and drainage design across various land development projects.
Utilize ICPR 4 and related tools to support hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
Contribute to site development plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and resort projects.
Provide direction and support to design staff.
Coordinate with local agencies and stakeholders as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and team members.
Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation as required.
