About The Position

A multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for their growing office in Wall Township, New Jersey!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Civil design/management in both private and public sector
• PE license
• Prior experience building/managing client relationships
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles/practices including stormwater management and detention basin design
• Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/develop construction documents and specifications
• Manage site designs (site layout, grading/storm drainage, roadway, and utility infrastructure)
• Manage financial performance on private site development and municipal civil engineering projects
• Represent the firm at professional organizations and conferences
• Prepare site plan/subdivision review correspondence for the Municipal Land Use Boards
• Coordinate/perform site investigations
• Prepare applications for site development approvals, soil erosion and flood hazard area (State and County)
• Prepare engineer’s opinion of probably costs and capital improvement/construction documents
• Supervise/mentor technical staff
