About The Position
Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Civil Engineer for their Rochester, Minnesota office!
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in civil engineering
- 5+ years municipal engineering experience
- PE License
- Knowledge of MnDOT requirements, State-Aid procedures and funding programs (USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage municipal clients/projects
- Develop design concepts
- Prepare reports, estimates, contract documents, specifications
- Administer the public bidding process
- Assist with business development (attend industry functions, client meetings and presentations)
- Communicate with clients and external contractors
