Consider this opportunity: The expansion of our Site Design Services Division has created a new opportunity for a Civil Engineer in our Naperville, IL office. Our Site Design Services Division has a well-respected history of providing a real-estate mindset to land developers and owners in markets, including: education, health care, industrial, office, residential, retail, mixed use and senior living. This position will support design and technical aspects for site development and redevelopment projects focused on growing our company presence within Illinois and Indiana. It will require a candidate who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and always ready for new challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in design of site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Applicable U.S. based work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support design and technical aspects of site development and redevelopment projects
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on expanding company presence in Illinois and Indiana
  • Other duties as assigned
