We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to support civil site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design. This role is ideal for an early‑career engineer eager to grow technical skills while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with Civil 3D experience a strong plus .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
1–4 years of civil engineering experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong understanding of basic civil engineering principles
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Civil Site Development projects
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain
Exposure to local grading, drainage, and stormwater standards

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and preparation of civil site development plans, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layouts
Develop and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD; utilize Civil 3D for surfaces, alignments, and corridors where applicable
Perform basic engineering calculations and quantity takeoffs
Support preparation of construction documents, technical reports, and permit submittals
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies under guidance of senior staff
Conduct site visits, field observations, and assist with construction support tasks as needed
Ensure work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
