About The Position
The position involves overseeing and designing a wide variety of land development projects, including residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use developments. The candidate will manage and develop site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, and erosion and sedimentation control plans. Responsibilities also include conducting site investigations and interpreting state and local engineering design standards. The role requires preparing and/or assisting with concept plans, subdivision plans, site plans, and technical reports, while regularly coordinating with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and internal team members.
