About The Position

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Department Manager for our Dallas Texas office. The successful candidate will have a diverse background and extensive client relations experience and be capable of leading a civil design team, pursuing new clients/projects, and serving as a project director on project deliveries. Proficiency will depend on strong communication skills, previous experience leading interdisciplinary teams on large, complex projects and an interest in mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Professional Engineers license in Texas.
• Minimum of 5+ yrs. experience in municipal, civil engineering consulting, or engineering management companies
• Previous business unit leadership/mentoring experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Nice To Haves

• Ability to design using Civil 3D is preferred.
• Previous and on-going successful client relationships with major clients in Dallas/Ft Worth a plus.
