About The Position

Haskell is seeking a Civil Engineer in Oklahoma City to work with our Infrastructure & Environmental Design team on site development and water/wastewater projects at the local, state, and federal level. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of innovative, appropriate, cost-effective designs, drawings, and specifications in your discipline for assigned projects. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
5+ years of civil or wastewater design experience
Proficient in Civil 3D

Responsibilities

Design and execution of site development and/or water and wastewater treatment projects.
Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing the design of key infrastructure components like pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
