In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and will assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design culvert design, and pavement design, etc Professional will have hands-on involvement in permitting process Professional will have significant interaction with multi- disciplinary internal teams and external clients As part of BV Operations, your skills will be aligned to projects that support our 3 market sectors- Governments & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial. Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
• Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the 2024 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington
• Proven experience on Puget Sound Energy projects, specifically performing site development
• Licensed Proessional Engineer (PE) in Washington State

Responsibilities

• Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
• Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
• Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
• Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team
