About The Position

Our growth offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Engineer to oversee land development projects from start to finish. This role requires direct project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline. A successful candidate in this role will have 8+ years of experience as a civil engineer with a PE license in the state they will be working out of. This individual will have experience with leadership and mentoring junior staff members. The role primarily focuses on land development projects primarily within the retail, commercial, and residential space and will focus on working municipal agencies and multiple disciplines. The position has a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000. Your offer would be based on your experience, skills, and fit for the role.

Requirements

  • 8 years of civil or utility-related engineering experience
  • PE License, preferred
  • Site layout, grading, storm water and erosion control design expertise
  • Civil-related utility design expertise
  • Trenchless technology design expertise
  • Construction/constructability expertise as it relates to production of design drawings and resolution of field issues
  • Foundation/geotechnical experience and understanding
  • Specification writing
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
