Requirements

Professionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years’ experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years’ experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities Division
BSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction
Minimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experience
Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clients
Ability to effectively work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacy
Ability to negotiate proposals and contracts
Exceptional presentation skills
Project manager experience necessary producing deliverables for Client contracts

MicroStation/ORD, Auto CADD Civil 3D a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between designers, utility agencies, and clients; participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management.
Manage boundary surveys, right‑of‑way mapping, staking, topographic surveys, ALTA, utility surveys, and final mapping deliverables.
Oversee project planning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and industry requirements.
Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure accurate, high‑quality deliverables.
Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support contract performance.
Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and review/approve invoices; assist with outstanding invoices and change order management.
Promote T2ue services and support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and engaging with current and prospective clients.
Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, quality work products, and reliable service.
