About The Position

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Oklahoma City, OK office, you will manage project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. This role involves managing projects, quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers. You will review design aspects including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you will impact the entire project lifecycle from conceptual and design phases, through regulatory review, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening. CEC is consistently ranked as a Top 500 Design Firm and Top 200 Environmental Firm by Engineering News-Record. Requirements

  • 8+ years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
  • Experience developing and mentoring staff
  • Demonstrated experience with providing a technical review of Civil Engineering deliverable(s)
  • Experience preparing proposals and managing project execution
  • Experience interfacing with clients, network, and developing business
