About The Position

Civil Engineer Planner, Senior The Opportunity: Provide civil engineering expertise in support of an operational-level warfighting headquarters in the development of operational support force capabilities to enable agile operations employment for military clients. Provide coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of engineering-specific theater requirements with other command theater units, adjunct services, and other agencies for the allocation, synchronization, and de-confliction of logistics resources. Support the development of Courses of Action, Concepts of Support, Plans of Action and Milestones, and integrated master schedules. Conduct strategic- and operational-level assessments while working with multinational partner nations. Synchronize engineer engagement programs with Combatant Command theater campaign plans (TCPs) and theater campaign orders (TCO), security cooperation plans, and other strategy documents to ensure client support for Air Force, INDOPACOM, and U.S. national defense security priorities. You Have: 10+ years of experience as senior staff in a military or government organization, including integrating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment 10+ years of experience providing high-level thought partnership to executive leadership and building trusted relationships with joint, interagency, and local government stakeholders Experience with the INDOPACOM AOR, including engaging with staffs at PACAF, INDOPACOM, local governments, and key regional partners, including CNMI, the Philippines, Japan, and Australia Experience in a Staff level, division, Joint Headquarters Air Force, Major Command, or Air Component Headquarters Experience developing, coordinating, and conducting actions to effectively support A4C planning, programming, and execution Experience supporting the engineer components of budgeting, scheduling, coordination, tracking, and integration of security cooperation efforts into long-range country plans, including building partnerships, capacity, and interoperability with allies and partner Knowledge of Operation Plans, Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD), and Civil Engineering Unit Type Codes (UTCs) Ability to coordinate across multiple Service Components’ and Partner Nations’ staff and help solve clients’ priority challenges, including coordinating experimentation of new technologies Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Nice If You Have: Experience working cross-functionally using teamwork and collaboration across departments and commands Experience with agile combat operations and concepts, including Agile Combat Employment (ACE) initiative, site survey, infrastructure improvement, and prepositioning concepts across the AOR Ability to brief senior military leaders TS/SCI clearance Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Requirements
