Civil Engineer - PE
About The Position
Our client is looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer to support site development projects for local and regional developers and property owners. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level engineer or experienced civil designer who enjoys producing quality drawings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and seeing projects move from concept to construction. You’ll join a well-established team and work on a variety of site-focused civil engineering projects with room to grow your technical skills and project exposure. This is a direct hire position for our client. Salary: $70,000 to $130,000 Depending on Experience Location: Greenville, SC (100% Onsite)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- PE is preferred
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and comfort with stormwater analysis tools
- 1 to 3 Years Experience in Civil Engineering Design or 3 to 5 years experience in Civil Engineer Drafting
- Experience producing site development drawings
Nice To Haves
- Revit experience a plus
- Experience dealing with permitting agencies a plus
- Construction Management experience a plus
- Multi-discipline experience (civil, structural, MEP) a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare civil engineering designs and construction drawings
- Perform site assessments, planning, and layout work
- Assist with stormwater management and site development concepts
- Support project managers with technical documentation and coordination
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal disciplines and external permitting agencies
- Contribute to multiple projects in different stages of development
