We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE/EIT to join our Greater St. Louis Area, MO office and take on challenging site development and redevelopment projects. Requirements
- Missouri licensed (PE) or PE-candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site development
- Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work like: single-site and municipal-type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- The ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and MicroStation (considered an asset)
Responsibilities
- Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects
- Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients
- Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements
- Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
- Working with municipalities on necessary permits
- Project management of site development or redevelopment

- The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $121,000.
