INTRODUCTION: Human Resources will screen applications and supplemental questionnaires. GENERAL PURPOSE Under direction, performs complex professional engineering work in the research, planning, design and construction of waterworks capital and/or maintenance projects; coordinates the work of professional and technical staff; and performs related duties as assigned. This individual excels in coordinating and communicating across multidisciplinary teams, responding quickly and accurately to operational needs, and mentoring technical staff to strengthen group capability.
