Requirements

• Have recently earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• EIT certification is preferred but not required.
• Are eager to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges with creativity and enthusiasm.
• Possess a strong foundation in conventional site design, infrastructure, and environmental concepts.
• Have familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D/Land Development, or other design software (course experience is fine!).
• Communicate clearly and are excited to contribute to collaborative project teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Sebago Bootcamp, transitioning your academic knowledge into real-world skills.
• Contribute to civil projects across Maine while learning from experienced professionals.
• Assist with site development, infrastructure design, permitting, and planning.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions.
• Build your skills and professional confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment.
