Ready to shape the future of resilient communities? This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful civil infrastructure and environmental projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in land development and water resources design, including stormwater management, site grading, and erosion control. Representative Responsibilities: Understand, protect and promote our empathetic, sustainable, digital, inclusive, people-focused culture in all aspects of the business by reinforcing positive workplace values and encouraging teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Lead with empathy, strong communication, and a people-focused approach to achieve successful results for the South Area. Assist Project Managers with technical and civil engineering design and/or provide Project Management Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources: Stormwater management design Site grading Erosion and sediment control design Prepare plans for agency/municipal review Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand Candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designer Maintain a high external profile through membership/attendance in industry organizations and continually growing a contact base
