Reaching speeds of more than 186 miles per hour, this 218-mile high-speed rail service will take passengers from Las Vegas to the Greater Los Angeles area twice as fast as the normal drive time. Reaching speeds of more than 186 miles per hour, this 218-mile service will take passengers from Las Vegas to the Greater Los Angeles area in half the typical drive time. We are looking for talented individuals who share our pioneering mindset and have a bright vision for redefining the future of American travel. As a Civil Engineer Intern, you will support the Brightline West team in Las Vegas, NV, contributing to the planning and design of a transformative rail infrastructure project. This internship is an educational experience designed for UNLV Honors College students to build foundational engineering skills, gain exposure to multidisciplinary design teams, and learn directly from experienced professionals through hands‑on project work and mentorship.
