About The Position
AECOM is seeking a well-rounded CIVIL HIGHWAY Engineer to be based in the Newark, DE or Millsboro, DE offices. As part of AECOM's flexible work policy there can be the ability to work out of other AECOM offices in Philadelphia, PA and Conshohocken, PA at their convenience. In this role, you will provide technical support to teams working on small to medium scale transportation projects in Delaware while also working with other disciplines such as water resources and structures. A CIVIL HIGHWAY ENGINEER will typically delegate tasks to less experienced engineers while providing technical guidance and support to those individuals. Current notable projects include Airport Road Extension in Rehoboth Beach, DE; SR1 and Cave Neck Road Grade Separated Interchange in Milton, DE; and SR8 and Chestnut Grove-Nault Road Intersection Improvements in Dover, DE.
