Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - Must.
General Computer Skills i.e. MS Office and AutoCad.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Effective communication between teams.
Self Managemenet of workload and schedule.

Nice To Haves

Previous related experience or Internships in Construction, Civil Design or manufacturing - Preferred.
EI/ EIT - Preferred.

Responsibilities

Underground Stormwater Detention System Design and Project Support
Understand fundamentals of Xerxes' products, installation standards, and hydrology/hydraulics of storm events.
Review site and drainage plans to identify design criteria.
Select optimal product solutions and system layouts.
Prepare detention system designs in AutoCAD, including layout drawings, material lists, and deliverable plans for engineers and installers.
Work directly with Sales Team to provide project-specific design guidance, product selection, and engineering support."
Technical Documentation and Engineering Analysis
Draft technical documents including testing reports, design guides, and installation manuals.
Perform engineering calculations for construction loads and stormwater runoff hydraulics on an as-needed basis.
Assist with structural analysis of underground chambers and other stormwater products.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal templates, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and consistency.
