About The Position

As a Civil Engineering Assistant Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Monroeville, PA office, you’ll work with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, oil and gas/energy, and industrial clients. From an urban redevelopment site, natural gas well pad/pipeline, to a new school project, you’ll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you’ll impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction process. Our Monroeville office is home to a passionate and growing team of professionals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree a plus
  • 4+ years of professional civil engineering experience to include : site layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion and sedimentation control design
  • Engineering in Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification, Professional Engineering License (P.E.) a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Ability to speak and write professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design, natural gas well pad design, and/or pipeline/linear project permitting is a plus
