About The Position

Crawford, Murphy & Tilly is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Aviation group in the Kansas City, MO office. This is not a remote position. We are a fast-growing firm with 500+ employees across 25 offices in 10 states serving clients through our four primary business groups: Aviation Surface Transportation Water Resources Building & Site Services CMT provides planning, environmental, design, and construction observation phase services on projects in all four of these groups and more, which range from simple to complex. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,500 - $81,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering field is required.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in the field, as needed, for engineering roles.
Possession of a current and valid driver's license to travel to field sites, as needed, for engineering roles.
