The Civil EIT/EI will support engineering design and development across all phases of water resources projects. This role collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant design solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern (EI) certification.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and other civil design software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in water/wastewater treatment or related civil engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with field observation and construction administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and coordination of civil engineering projects related to water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other industry software to develop and revise construction drawings and technical documents.
• Participate in internal project meetings and collaborate on design timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct limited field visits and site observations under minimal supervision.
• Communicate project status and needs effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
