This role is English essential and can be based in any Energy & Resources office location in North America and requires regular in-office presence to support our flexible work practice. Purpose of the Role The Discipline Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the technical practice of the civil team to meet the project delivery needs of the E&R BOU. This includes responsibility for assigning qualified individuals to E&R projects, ensuring the quality of discipline deliverables, maintaining appropriate staffing levels to suit backlog, providing strategic direction of the team including technical practice expansion in global design centers, overseeing training and professional development of team members, ensuring adherence to technical standards and work processes appropriate for the discipline and performing effective collaboration.
