You will assist in the design of residential civil led development projects. We are dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative solutions that enhance communities. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in land development (single-family residential)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D
• Strong client service orientation
• Team player mentality

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Clients, and other project consultants
• Create residential master plans for single family attached and detached developments
• Prepare permit applications
• Prepare construction documents for master-planned communities
• Prepare engineering calculations
• Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
• Participate in project design / client meetings and charette sessions
• Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs
• Oversee construction administration activities
