About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Civil Designer III to support our Land Development Group in our Southeast region, where your expertise will significantly impact the landscape of land development. You will assist in the design of typical civil led development projects (residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use) to more specialized projects (parks, municipal and institutional). Requirements

• Must be a degreed Civil Engineer
• 4+ years in Land Development
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
• EIT or PE preferred

Responsibilities

• Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential)
• Complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects
• Assist Project Managers in communication with clients and regulatory agencies
• Lead projects delegated by Project Managers
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Review work of junior staff and provide feedback
• Provide periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction
