Must Have the Following: Minimum of 5 years’ experience Ability to LEAD a team or teams Ability to perform layout and setup of the Scope of Work Familiarity with blueprints Good time-management skills Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical-thinker and problem-solver Good math skills Ability to lift 80lbs Reliable transportation to/from the office US Citizenship or Working Visa Valid Driver’s License (in order to drive Company vehicle) Ability to pass new hire and random drug test Ability to work full time M – F, 7am – 5pm with overtime available on weekends Any additional relevant certifications will be considered an advantage Foreman Duties & Responsibilities: Excellent communication and coordination with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, and suppliers for day to day activities. This should include emails, phone calls or onsite meetings Have a thorough understanding of your project or projects. This should include the contract drawings and specifications.
