About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Civil and Excavation Senior Estimator to perform a full range of business activities in a professional setting while adhering to the highest ethical standards. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for earthwork and utility projects, conducting takeoffs and pricing for earthwork, grading, and underground utility tasks. This role involves evaluating project plans and specifications, visiting project sites to understand site conditions and limitations, and collaborating with team members to build comprehensive estimates. This position is located in either the North Salt Lake, Ogden, or Saint George office. B.H. Inc. was founded in 1998 as an electrical company and has since grown into a general contractor with projects and offices across the United States, expanding its focus to include instrumentation and electrical, civil & excavation, facilities & pipeline, construction management, and wireless & communications. Requirements

Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience
5-10 years of experience as an estimator for earthwork, grading, or underground projects
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners
Ready to learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review
Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W)
