About The Position

Under immediate supervision, the Receptionist/Admin Clerk provides receptionist, clerical, data entry, customer service and general office work. Employee must be able to handle working on multiple tasks in spite of interruptions. Job may require safely driving a vehicle and running office errands as assigned. Job may require daily contact with the public with courtesy, tact and diplomacy.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills.
  • Valid driver's license for driving office errands.

Responsibilities

  • Provide receptionist services including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously despite interruptions.
  • Safely drive a vehicle for office errands as assigned.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during public interactions.
