About The Position

Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations in Northern California. In this role, you will supervise traffic control jobsites throughout the Northern California Territory, primarily in the Central Valley area, under the direction of operations management at your assigned operating company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to jobsite safety and efficiency.
