Requirements

• Previous leasing experience required (Tax Credit experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
• Professional, organized, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct community tours and convert prospects into residents
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Process applications, leases, and move-in documentation
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and tax credit (LIHTC) requirements
• Maintain accurate records and leasing files
• Support resident retention and renewal efforts
• Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
• Maintain curb appeal and a professional office environment
