They support youth-serving sport programs through grants and capacity building, empower local leaders to drive social change, and organize the youth sport sector through convenings, research, and strategic advisement. Laureus USA is part of the global Laureus network. The City Director, Dallas, is sought as a strategic and entrepreneurial leader responsible for leading Laureus’ work in this new and growing U.S. market. This role involves ownership of local strategy, impact, partnerships, fundraising, and team performance in Dallas, reporting to the Executive Director. The City Director will serve as the market lead, accountable for delivering strong local outcomes across grantmaking, partnerships, coalition-building, and other key initiatives, while aligning with national strategy. This role also contributes to shaping national strategy and works in coordination with other city leads. The position involves setting and executing a clear market strategy, building and stewarding key partnerships and funding relationships, and leading early-stage program development to deliver measurable impact, including oversight of local grantmaking and program implementation. Laureus USA is a high-performing team, and this role offers the opportunity to launch and lead a new Sport for Good city in Dallas, building relationships, shaping strategy, and driving impact from the ground up. The role is highly external-facing, involving regular engagement with partners and stakeholders, and some travel.
