About The Position
To manage and oversee all aspects of daily hub operations, including supervising city delivery dispatcher, hub delivery specialists and any other team members assigned to hub. The supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining a high level for all city delivery service functions, ensuring that all product is properly invoiced to spoke stores, and investigating all shipping and inventory discrepancies related to the hub. The role also involves managing and minimizing shrink and payroll related to hub operations, overseeing all hub delivery routes, and managing expenses to maximize profitability for the hub and spoke stores. Additionally, the supervisor must maintain an organized and clean city delivery area, manage the work schedule for team members, and ensure that all relevant company-training programs are utilized for team member development.
