About The Position

A Super 1 Foods Smart Click Picker is responsible for fulfilling online grocery orders placed through the Rosie platform, which means navigating a digital shopping list, selecting items throughout the store, accurately picking products, packing them according to customer specifications, and ensuring timely delivery or in-store pickup, all while adhering to Super 1 Food's quality standards and communication protocols with customers and store staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Navigate digital shopping list to identify items to be picked
• Select items throughout the store, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
