About The Position

This isn't just a sales job - it's a leadership accelerator. You'll start by mastering feet-on-the-street sales with local businesses, then grow into managing 15-20 Territory Partners across your city. We'll train you, support you, and help you build a real team while you earn commissions on every sale - yours and theirs.

Phase 1: Learn the Game
Connect with local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, pet shops) and introduce them to Omada's AI marketing platform
Walk in, shake hands, show a 10-minute demo on your phone
Earn $400 per customer when they sign up and become paying customers
Master the proven system that closes customers in their first week

Phase 2 : Start Building Your Team
Recruit 5-10 Territory Partners in your city
Train them using the same system that worked for you
Earn override commissions on their sales while continuing your own
Learn coaching, accountability, and team management

Phase 3 : Own Your City
Scale to 15-20 active Territory Partners
Coordinate city-wide strategy and territory assignments
Build passive commission income from your team's success
Unlock pathways to regional leadership or enhanced ownership structures

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States
• Phone/laptop/tablet and internet
• Willingness to reach out to businesses face-to-face
• 20-30 hours per week minimum (more as you build your team)
• Comfortable talking to people and developing them
• Reliable transportation or walkable territory
• Leadership ambition - you want to build, not just sell

Responsibilities
