About The Position
The City of West Bend is offering an exciting opportunity for the position of City Administrator in one of Wisconsin's top communities. Located 30 minutes northwest of Milwaukee, West Bend is a desirable, family-friendly, full-service municipality. The City Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations, including management of 14 departments and divisions, 225 full-time employees, and a budget of approximately $50 million, with FY 2025 capital funding set at $5.6 million. The City is in excellent financial condition, boasting a AA bond rating (S&P) and a fund balance exceeding 36% of operating funds. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and transparent professional with strong communication skills and experience working with various community stakeholders.
