Manage and maintain Citrix NetScaler Infrastructure. Manage and maintain Citrix PVS (Provisioning Services) and Citrix MCS (Machine Creation Services) both persistent and non-persistent VDA vdisks. Develop single and multi-discipline infrastructure architecture to address business requirements, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability for new infrastructure or significant enhancements to existing technical solutions. Apply technical assistance in design, development, implementation and management of infrastructure. Work with technical staff to understand and resolve complex infrastructure issues where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various environments. Lead Analyst in planning of infrastructure updates, testing, and validation. Design a comprehensive documentation repository and infrastructure. Provide work leadership and training to engineers. Be responsible for evaluating infrastructure life cycle. Support solution evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Perform various engineering tests to validate product designs. Act as a liaison between customers and vendors to gather requirements. Ensure that production schedules are followed, and solutions meet business and quality requirements. Engage with and maintains vendor relationships. On-call may be required.
