About The Position

Citrix SME The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Citrix Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic IT team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Citrix environments that ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security for enterprise users. Your expertise will enable us to deliver seamless application and desktop virtualization solutions to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will find success using their advanced technical knowledge of Citrix technologies, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems, work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. Requirements

2+ years of experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kaban, task management software such as Jira, scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, and Configuration as Code, including Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
2+ years of experience with Citrix Cloud and on-premises deployments
2+ years of experience with Citrix Workspace, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix ADC
2+ years of experience with Linux Administration, Windows Administration, and virtualization, including VMware or Hyper-V
Experience with identity and access management solutions such as Active Directory, and monitoring and analysis tools such as Citrix Director or Citrix Analytics
Experience performing security scanning and remediating vulnerabilities
Experience with on-prem hardware management, and the A&A process and systems
Knowledge of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with AWS such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, and SNS, OCI, or Azure
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform
Experience working on a large team
Possession of excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Citrix Certifications such as CCE-V or CCP-V Certification
