About The Position
The Citrix Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, managing, and maintaining the Citrix platform, which includes Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, StoreFront, and control plane resources both on-premises and in Azure. This highly technical and hands-on role requires collaboration with other IT professionals to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of the End User platform. The engineer will also manage end-user technology projects and provide tier 3 internal support for escalations related to the End User Services environment.
