As a Citizens Teller, you will be a crucial point of contact for customers, making a real difference for them and the branch team. You will greet customers in the lobbies and be comfortable demonstrating technology like the mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions. The role involves creating exceptional customer experiences by identifying financial goals, providing personalized advice and solutions, and connecting customers with Bankers for further assistance. You will educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, respond to questions, and ensure all financial policies, procedures, cash handling, and regulations are followed.
