As a Citizens Teller, you will greet customers in the lobbies and demonstrate how to use technology like the mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions. You will create exceptional customer experiences by identifying opportunities to help them achieve financial goals, providing personalized advice and solutions, and connecting them with Bankers for further assistance. You are expected to have knowledge of Citizens products and benefits to educate customers and respond to questions. All financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and adherence to state and local laws and regulations, must be followed.
