Requirements

  • Proven success in building relationships and recommending products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
  • Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
  • Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates and business partners through collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing trusted financial advice.
  • Assist customers with their financial needs, including spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
  • Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex financial needs.
  • Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
  • Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with state and local laws.
