About The Position
The Request for Proposal (RFP) Writer works with the Head of RFPs to service the needs of Citi Global Wealth Investments (CGWI) and Citi Private Bank (CPB) sales teams, private bankers, and investment counselors across a large global organization. In this role, the RFP Writer is responsible for responding to proposals for CGWI & CPB’s various product offerings including: investment management, banking, advisory, custody, escrow, financing, etc. Additionally, the RFP Writer collaborates with the Head of RFP to establish and maintain the firm’s RFP library, statement of capabilities proposals, sample RFP modules, as well as tracking and reporting. The successful candidate is detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize requests and work on multiple tasks to ensure RFPs and projects are completed within a given deadline.
