About The Position
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at H&R Block is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive information security and risk management program across the enterprise. This executive role involves identifying, evaluating, and mitigating information security risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CISO will work closely with various business functions to implement security practices and oversee IT-related risk management activities, including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. As a key member of the IT Leadership team, the CISO contributes to business strategy and innovation while defining security policies and processes to protect the organization's data.
